UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland

When you raise your paddle in 2019, 100% of your gifts will be donated to fund leading edge, lifesaving Pediatric Cardiology equipment for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland.

At each event, we have a donation paddle raise for our Fund-A-Need. This year we hope to provide one three-dimensional (3D) Transesophageal Echocardiogram (echo) probe to the hospital. Currently, echocardiography is being performed with two- dimensional (2D) techniques. The requested 3D probe will provide a detailed, real-time understanding of the cardiac anatomy allowing more accurate and precise decision making before, during, and after surgery.
